• Most insurance policies accepted (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Allegiance, Aetna etc.)
• Adjustment’s are $60, due at time of visit up until your deductible has been met!
• All new patients (including Medicare) must pay a $75 new patient fee for an initial treatment exam.
• Medicare accepted
• Preferred Veteran service provider
