Our Missoula MT Mission

My mission statement is simple, treat my patients the way I would like to be treated.

I started Chiropractic Works in 2011 with the goal of creating an environment where patients feel comfortable with being treated and know what to expect. That’s why I provide a low cost, no obligation first treatment. For some, it is an opportunity to see if my method of treatment is a better fit for them. For others, it is an opportunity to experience for the first time the life changing effects of chiropractic. Chiropractic is done by hand so therefore all chiropractors adjust differently. Every patient is different and therefore one technique does not fit all. I adjust a Griz football player differently than a 5 day old baby.

Often I get patients that say, “Once you go to the chiropractor you have to go back over and over again…” When I hear that particular argument I give them an analogy, “Do you only go to the dentist when you have a cavity or broken tooth? No! You also go to the dentist to have cleanings usually annually to properly maintain your teeth.” Chiropractic is very similar in that getting adjusted allows the segments in the spine to function properly. There are cases where multiple treatments are necessary but normally you should get adjusted every 6 to 8 weeks when no specific problems are present to maintain good spinal hygiene.

Many times patients will wait weeks, months or even years to get treatment. This can cause arthritic changes in the spine and usually requires longer treatment plans to correct. The sooner you come in following an injury, the easier it is to fix. You do not want to have to correct a problem AND have to break through scar tissue and muscle memory. It is much easier to correct if the segment was used to being in the correct alignment. It adjusts easier and will generally stay longer.
